Not right? Not a problem, sometimes it happens...

We do our level best to show fits and fabrics via our imagery and descriptions online, however, online differs greatly from an in store experience for personal fit preference. Everyone has their own "feel", particularly in activewear. Cotton has a different feel and performance to polyester and synthetic fabrics. If an item is not the fit you had anticipated, we offer a credit voucher or an exchange.

If you are unsure of your size, please reach out either via email hello@bayactive.com.au, or by phone us on 0466244720 and/or refer to our size chart. We are always here to help in any way we can in this regard. 

We will happily offer an exchange if your purchase is returned to us in the condition it was sent to you in, as follows in the bullet points below. 

We attempt to mitigate as much transportation as possible.

If your online purchase is at full retail price and not what you had expected, doesn’t fit, or is unsuitable, we offer you a choice of re selection or a credit voucher within 14 days of placing your order.  

This credit voucher has no use by date. 

If you change your mind on an item bought in store, it can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase following the same terms.

We will do our best to achieve a quick, easy solution. You’re free to choose anything else in our collections, or opt for a credit voucher once we have received your return. Please note, we cannot exchange an already exchanged item.

The item (s) returned must be in the condition it/they were sold in, someone else is going to love that item up, so please make sure your return is;

    • Unworn
    • Unmarked
    • Have all original swing tags attached and unblemished
    • Be accompanied by an original online receipt
    • Including a self-addressed pack

In the unusual event of faulty or damaged goods, we will assess the item once we receive it back from you. If deemed as faulty, you can choose between a full refund, replacement, or credit voucher. Please note, our faulty rate is less than 2 percent.

Please ensure all returns/exchanges are sent via registered post so you can track and trace your item. Please note BAY Active is not responsible in the case of delivery losses or delays, we recommend a service that offers tracking.

    • Re selection - we will do our best to fulfill your wishes as soon as possible
    • Voucher -  it has no use by date. Good times
    • Refund - a refund will be made to the original method of payment if an item is found to be faulty

If you do live in the Byron Bay area, we can assist you in person when you come to our store at Shop 10/15 - 19 Fletcher St, Byron Bay. 

PLEASE NOTE; DISCOUNTED, SEASONAL PROMOTIONS, SIGN UP DISCOUNT, and/or SALE items and/or anything purchased through a promotion and/or discount code, are final sale and cannot be exchanged if they do not fit, are unsuitable, or if you change your mind. SALE items cannot be returned for either credit or refund.
